Result of Service The consultant will contribute to the efficient mapping of the ASYCUDA new platform to regional requirements Work Location Home based Expected duration 05.01.27 to 05.06.27 Duties and Responsibilities Within the context of ASYCUDA Programme activities in the CEECA region, under the general supervision of UNCTAD ASYCUDA Regional Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Central Asia the consultant will undertake following duties: - Implement software enhancements involving databases, workflows, interfaces, business rules and reporting requirements, ensuring consistency with ASYCUDA standards, data integrity, security and operational needs. - Design test scenarios, test data and test bases, analyses results, identifies defects and follows up on corrective actions to ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed functional and technical requirements - Contribute to system monitoring, quality assurance, documentation and knowledge management activities - Work on extensions of ASYCUDA modules - Test ASYCUDA team new developments - Perform other technical support tasks as appropriate Qualifications/special skills A first university degree, Bachelor, degree in computer science,…
