The French Red Cross (CRF), through its International Operations Directorate (DOI) and its International Emergency Unit (PUI), contributes to the international emergency response of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement. This job description is for a General Logistics Manager position within the CRF’s pool of emergency responders: the delegate may be mobilized on short notice for emergency deployments or fixed-term emergency missions in various countries and contexts. The incumbent is responsible for the administrative, financial, and HR management of the project in the field—including accounting, cash management, management of national staff, and compliance—to ensure the smooth operation of the mission.
