Job Title: FO FINANCE ASSISTANT Job location: HQ – Remote (Dedicated to Gaza Office) Reports to: Global Finance and Compliance Manager JOB SUMMARY The Finance Assistant will support MedGlobal Gaza Finance operations by processing financial transactions, entering accounting data, preparing payment documentation, and maintaining accurate financial records. The position will work under the supervision of HQ Finance to strengthen financial controls, improve processing efficiency, and ensure timely financial reporting for Gaza operations. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Enter financial transactions accurately and timely into the accounting system. • Prepare and process daily payment vouchers in accordance with MedGlobal policies and procedures. • Review finance documents for completeness before processing. • Follow up with the Gaza Finance team on missing or incomplete supporting documentation. • Maintain organized electronic and physical finance records. • Assist with account reconciliations and routine financial data verification. • Support month-end closing activities as assigned. • Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules. • Ensure compliance with MedGlobal financial…
