They provide medication counseling to patients, monitor drug interactions and side effects, and ensure proper medication storage and inventory management. They also adhere to approved health protocols and policies and coordinate with the medical team to ensure the quality of care provided and patient safety. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Pharmacist has the following responsibilities and duties: 1. Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions. 2.
