Job Summary The Field Project Manager is responsible for the overall oversight of the integrated implementation of the project in Al-Ashara sub-district, Deir ez-Zor. The role ensures that approved results are achieved within the agreed timeframe, budget, work plan, and project intervention logic. The post directly supervises the relevant Field Sector Officers and monitors their performance to ensure that each officer properly manages and delivers their sector component in line with approved plans and technical standards. The Project Manager does not carry out the technical implementation of sector components directly. Instead, the role focuses on oversight, follow-up, coordination, verification of implementation quality, addressing challenges, and strengthening accountability. The Project Manager also ensures integration among the Education, Food Security and Agriculture, Health, Shelter and Non-Food Items (NFIs), and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) components.
