About this role
Job Summary Provides direct engineering supervision of the rehabilitation works in the three targeted schools, and verifies that implementation conforms to the approved Bills of Quantities (BoQs), technical specifications, and technical conditions books. Ensures the application of quality assurance and control procedures, inspection of materials and works, measurement of executed quantities, documentation of technical observations and deficiencies, and follow-up on their correction, and verifies the completeness of works before approval and the issuance of completion certificates and technical handover. Location: Syria- Der ez-Zor- Ashara Duties and Responsibilities Conduct final technical verification visits to the three schools, reviewing the existing condition, measurements, interfaces between work items, and safety and accessibility requirements before approving implementation documents. Review and audit the technical condition books, final BoQs, specifications, drawings, and technical details for each school, and ensure their consistency with the approved engineering assessment and the schools’ needs.
