About this role
The Australian Government, through the Transport Sector Support Program Phase 3 (TSSP3), is supporting Papua New Guinea to achieve a more effective, efficient, and inclusive transport system, enabling the economic and social development of PNG. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to engage a qualified entity to deliver complete, nationally recognised Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Cert IV TAE) programs for personnel from participating transport sector agencies in Port Moresby. The services will comprise mobilisation and delivery planning; five-day intensive theory training for two cohorts of up to 15 participants each; individual practical assessment and participant support; quality assurance; certification; and final reporting over an indicative 28-week period from contract commencement. This RFP is open to entities that meet the criteria detailed in the tender documentation. The engagement is with DT Global as the managing contractor for TSSP3.
