About this role
The position is to be filled by January 1, 2027, with a contract duration of 31.12.29. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. As Impact and System Evaluation Advisor, you will strengthen Welthungerhilfe (WHH) as an impact-oriented and accountable learning organization. Building on WHH’s impact framework, which defines how the organization understands and describes impact, you will help put this shared understanding into practice across projects and programmes. You will support teams to capture and use evidence, identify and scale impactful approaches, assess WHH’s contribution to change at system level and support the impact evaluation of strategic topics. This work will help WHH understand how and under what conditions interventions contributes to meaningful, sustainable change - enabling WHH to identify impactful approaches and assess how they can be adapted and scaled.
