About this role
Anera seeks a firm to support us in upgrading and maintaining our WordPress site. We are requesting that proposals be submitted by November 20, 2026. Background Anera’s current site was redesigned and migrated to WordPress in 2016, with a rebranding skin change in 2018. We are now looking to work with a larger firm with greater capacity to provide regular support and maintenance of the site, suggesting improvements and optimizations where needed. We would like to improve the mobile experience users. We are also aiming to streamline the functionality of our bilingual website and improve the Arabic-language experience. Scope of Work Below you will find details on the work we are requesting. Please note that we encourage any new and different ideas you may have to help us improve. Near term – Work within the current WordPress structure and templates and improve the functionality of anera.org (English and Arabic) on mobile devices. Conduct an audit of the site to identify and fix issues such as broken links, slow load times, layout problems and architecture misalignments.
