Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Associate Human Resource Officer (Systems) is assigned in the Policy, Analytics, and Legal Services Division (BPAL) within the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department (BPMSD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. You will report to the designated International Staff and Senior Officer (as applicable).
