About this role
Work Location Geneva Expected duration 09.11.26 to 30.05.26 Duties and Responsibilities These internship positions (3) are located in the Communications and External Relations (CER), Office of the Secretary-General at the United Nations Trade and Development (UNCTAD), in Geneva, Switzerland. The CER team is responsible for producing a wide array of communication materials to promote the work of UNCTAD, including news articles, videos, infographics, brochures, booklets, webpages, and social media content, as well as other outreach materials aimed at raising awareness about the organization's initiatives. The United Nations Internship Programme is unpaid and full-time. Interns are expected to work five days per week (40 hours). For those undertaking in-person internships, a valid visa and medical insurance coverage in Switzerland for the duration of the internship is required. All costs related to travel, accommodation, medical insurance, and living expenses must be borne by the intern.
