About this role
Result of Service 1. Quality-assured dataset: a cleaned, validated and quality-assured career-mapping dataset covering approximately 9,000 documents, ready for integration into the Career Paths Portal, supported by consolidated QA documentation and a proposed chatbot data structure. 2. Functional chatbot prototype: a configured and tested chatbot prototype incorporating the agreed career-related information sources, supported by validated requirements, a structured knowledge base, testing results, user documentation and recommendations for improvement. 3. Communication and user engagement support: communication and training materials developed, user feedback consolidated, and awareness-raising, demonstration and training activities supported to facilitate effective chatbot adoption and use.
