Oversee transport workstream daily operations to maintain high-quality standards and exceptional service provision. Implement and audit transport workstream management systems to maintain expected performance standards. Manage the transport workstream assets through their life cycle for adequate work resourcing. Manage large and minor transport workstream projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary decision-maker for day-to-day transport operational roadblocks, resolving driver or vehicle issues that the supervisors cannot handle.
