General Background GRC are policy makers, lawyers and development experts dedicated to promoting accountability and strengthening justice systems through the application of international law. With ongoing operations in some of the world’s most complex legal and security environments, Global Rights Compliance continues to provide specialised legal expertise, policy solutions, and strategic advisory services to uphold justice and strengthen the rule of law globally. In Cambodia, GRC works with trade unions and civil society organisations to strengthen labour rights accountability in the garment and apparel sector. It supports garment workers and their representatives to document and monitor labour rights violations, and to use that evidence to secure remedy through domestic mechanisms, supplier and brand engagement, and international accountability routes. Alongside monitoring, the project delivers awareness-raising, community building and tailored legal aid. We are seeking a Business & Human Rights Data Analyst to join our team.
