Position Title: Programme Finance Associate Reference Code: VN 105/2026 Job classification: General Service Duty station: Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) Type of Appointment: One year fixed-term with possibility of extension Salary: Php 876,102.00 per annum net of taxes Context Under the overall supervision of the National Project Monitoring Officer and the direct supervision of the Senior Project Monitoring Associate, the Programme Finance Associate will be responsible for providing financial and administrative support to globally implemented programmes assigned to Project Monitoring Unit (PMU), in the areas of monitoring, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and administrative support functions. Required Qualifications and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with three (3) years of relevant professional experience; or, High School diploma with five (5) years of relevant professional experience; Professional certification as chartered accountant (CA) or certified public accountant (CPA) is an advantage.
