The Unit promotes effective governance through compliance monitoring, enterprise resource planning (ERP) optimisation, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation initiatives, and the implementation of organisational improvement programmes. FCSU serves as a key enabler of operational excellence by providing coordination, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management support across the Organization.
