About this role
Background SoCha is preparing a proposal to provide independent third-party monitoring services for projects financed through the DRC Humanitarian Fund, administered by UNOCHA. Monitoring activities will be conducted across seven priority provinces: North Kivu, South Kivu, Ituri, Tanganyika, Maniema, Haut-Uélé and Bas-Uélé, as well as other locations where required. The assignment will involve independent verification of humanitarian project implementation, including field visits, interviews with implementing partners and beneficiaries, observation of project activities, document reviews and remote verification where physical access is constrained. SoCha seeks qualified Field Monitoring Coordinators to supervise and facilitate field monitoring activities within designated geographic areas.
