Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship The position of Human Resource Officer is assigned in the Policy, Analytics, and Legal Services Division (BPAL) within the Budget, People, and Management Systems Department (BPMSD). You will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. You will report to the designated International Staff and Senior Officer (as applicable). Your Role As a Human Resource Officer, you will facilitate integrated planning, end-to-end coordination and delivery oversight across the different workstreams of the HR Systems and Analytics (HRSA) team.
