Track project tasks, maintain task logs, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Proven experience in managing projects involving CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Identify and track project risks and coordinate mitigation measures. Plan and monitor project budgets Prepare project status reports and presentations for project teams and C-level management.
