Job Title: People and Culture/HR Coordinator Work Location: Syria, Damascus Position Summary The People and Culture Coordinator is a key contributor to the P&C team ensuring effective and consistent delivery of P&C service. This role will work closely with Head of P&C in the implementation of CO P&C policies, procedures, approaches and practices in line with CARE People and Culture Strategy. The employee is required to collaborate with other P&C teams in implementing various people and culture operational functions across all offices in Syria which includes but not limited to recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, safeguarding, learning and development, employee engagement and HR compliance. The employee is also required to; 1. Remain aware of and comply with safety and security regulations/procedures and bear responsibility for personal safety and security while under contract. 2. Comply with CARE Policies which includes but not limited to Safeguarding Policy, Code of Conduct and other organizational and P&C policies. 3.
