What we are looking for Are you an accomplished humanitarian leader with the strategic vision, fundraising expertise, and leadership influence to shape refugee and humanitarian portfolio in Jordan? This is not simply a programme management position. We are looking for a strategic leader who can identify opportunities, influence key stakeholders, strengthen localization, and secure the funding required to expand impact for refugees and vulnerable communities across Jordan. You will be entrusted with shaping the future direction of NRC's programme portfolio while ensuring excellence in programmatic delivery, accountability, compliance, learning, and organisational growth.
