General Background GRC are policy makers, lawyers and development experts dedicated to promoting accountability and strengthening justice systems through the application of international law. With ongoing operations in some of the world’s most complex legal and security environments, Global Rights Compliance continues to provide specialised legal expertise, policy solutions, and strategic advisory services to uphold justice and strengthen the rule of law globally. Mobile Justice Teams (MJTs) are groups of local and international experts, and practitioners collaborating with, and in support of, local justice actors, such as Ukraine’s Office of the Prosecutor General (OPG) and Regional Prosecutor Offices (RPOs), to advance Ukraine's capacity to hold perpetrators accountable and pursue cases against high-ranking perpetrators. The MJTs are organised across regional and thematic areas to address context-specific and cross-cutting legal issues. The teams work in the most affected regions of Ukraine to provide advisory and case-building support, focusing on supporting prosecutors and investigators in their investigations and prosecutions.
