General Background GRC are policy makers, lawyers and development experts dedicated to promoting accountability and strengthening justice systems through the application of international law. With ongoing operations in some of the world’s most complex legal and security environments, Global Rights Compliance continues to provide specialised legal expertise, policy solutions, and strategic advisory services to uphold justice and strengthen the rule of law globally. Mobile Justice Teams (MJTs) are groups of local and international experts and practitioners collaborating with and in support of local justice actors, such as Ukraine’s Office of the Prosecutor General (OPG) and Regional Prosecutor Offices (RPOs), to advance Ukraine's capacity to investigate and build complex command-level cases into international crimes through tailored support and the institutionalisation of international standards and best practices. The MJTs are organised across thematic areas to address context-specific and cross-cutting legal issues.
