About this role
The Financial Compliance and Support Unit (FCSU) supports the Manila Institutional Financial Services (MIFS) in strengthening financial compliance, internal controls, business process improvement, and digital transformation. The Unit promotes effective governance through compliance monitoring, enterprise resource planning (ERP) optimisation, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation initiatives, and the implementation of organisational improvement programmes. FCSU serves as a key enabler of operational excellence by providing coordination, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and change management support across the Organization. Under the direct supervision of the Financial Compliance Support Officer and the administrative supervision of the National Financial Analyst (FSSU), the Senior Financial Compliance Associate will be responsible and accountable for providing specialised support to financial compliance, internal control, business process improvement and related initiatives of FCSU.
