INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TROPICAL AGRICULTURE (IITA) INTERNAL & EXTERNAL ADVERTISEMENT Call for Expression of Interest (EOI): Recruitment of an Individual Consultant The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is seeking to engage the services of a Food Safety International Consultant to support the implementation, coordination, and communication of research, capacity-strengthening, and stakeholder-engagement activities related to food safety and the One Health approach in agricultural research. The consultant will support multidisciplinary research initiatives, project management, scientific writing, and knowledge dissemination across implementation countries in Africa and in collaboration with partners outside Africa. The role will involve facilitating research activities, strengthening collaboration among stakeholders, supporting capacity-building initiatives, and promoting the dissemination of scientific findings and knowledge to relevant audiences. The ideal candidate should possess strong scientific and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
