About the job Under the direct line management of the Area Manager - Tripoli and technical supervision of the Partnerships Coordinator - ALT, the Partnerships Officer supports the implementation of DRC’s partnership approach across the Algeria, Libya and Tunisia (ALT) country operation. The role works closely with relevant sector teams, MEAL and support services focal points, serving as a central coordination point between partners and DRC programme, MEAL and support-service teams. The role promotes equitable, accountable and locally led partnerships while helping ensure quality, compliance, learning and timely delivery of partner-implemented activities. The role supports the full partnership cycle, from partner mapping and assessment through agreement development, implementation monitoring, capacity strengthening, review and closure.
