General Background UNHCR Korea’s Private Sector Partnership Service team has achieved a significant growth since 2009 and broadened the base for continued expansion of fundraising programs. For this, UNHCR Korea aims to have a staff responsible for Faceto-Face (F2F) Agency management that will help the team to drive more effective fundraising in the Face to-Face program, which is the largest acquisition channel for UNHCR Korea. 2. Purpose and Scope of Assignment The main objective of this LICA is to assist management of the outsourced Agencies which provide Face to-Face Fundraising services to UNHCR to ensure that the F2F Agency Program achieves targets and deliver the most valued services to UNHCR.
