About this role
Background Medair is seeking an experienced Instructional Design and E-Learning Consultant to develop an engaging, learner-centered online course for humanitarian health and nutrition staff. Medair's International Department Advisor Team works to strengthen the capacity of field health and nutrition staff and increase knowledge and use of sector-specific evidence-based approaches. Rapid changes in health and nutrition interventions, together with the need for greater standardization and effective onboarding of new and experienced staff, have increased the need for updated, user-friendly online training. The assignment involves developing one online course with two main sections: Health and Nutrition : Health: Review, update and improve an existing unpublished Articulate 360 course section of approximately eight hours of learner seat time. Nutrition: Transform an existing PowerPoint-based training of approximately 170 slides into an interactive Articulate 360 course section.
