What we’re looking for: Are you an experienced HR professional ready to strengthen people management, build organisational capacity, and drive operational excellence in a humanitarian setting? NRC Nigeria is looking for a results-driven HR & Administration Manager to lead and strengthen HR and administrative functions across its country programme. In this role, you will help shape and implement the HR strategy, strengthen recruitment processes, promote staff development, and drive training and capacity-building initiatives. You will ensure that HR and administration systems remain efficient, effective, and aligned with NRC standards, enabling teams to deliver on their humanitarian mandate. This opportunity is open to Nigerian nationals only .
