Description : 1. SUMMARY The Office of Workplace Management and Business Continuity (WMBC) ensures seamless operational continuity by optimizing facility performance, driving strategic workplace transformation, and delivering comprehensive support services to maintain a dynamic, future-ready environment aligned with organizational needs for NATO Headquarters (HQ) and its alternate locations. The incumbent manages the daily operations of the NATO Community Hub at NATO HQ. The NATO Community Hub comprises a merchandizing store to sell NATO branded items as well as a space for promoting and supporting the activities of the NATO Community. The incumbent is responsible for the end-to-end operations related to the store, including purchase and delivery of goods. They are responsible for store costs while delivering on store objectives and achieving sales. They are responsible for the timely and quality of the store’s service. 2.
