About this role
Result of Service The consultant shall produce and submit the following deliverables: 1. Inception Report and Implementation Methodology: A comprehensive report outlining the proposed implementation approach, work plan, timelines, stakeholder consultations and engagement arrangements, as well as planned system testing, data migration and deployment activities. 2. Technical Design and System Architecture Report: A detailed report covering the proposed system architecture, integration framework, security requirements, biometric integration design, data migration strategy and technical specifications for implementation. 3. Enhanced CSOER System and Integration Deliverables: A functional enhanced Convicted Sexual Offenders Electronic Register (CSOER), including implemented system improvements, integrated interfaces, supporting technical documentation and relevant testing artefacts. 4. Biometric Integration, Data Migration and Testing Report: A report documenting biometric integration, data auditing, cleansing and migration processes, system testing results, identified defects and corrective actions, and an assessment of system readiness for pilot deployment. 5.
