About this role
Result of Service The Individual Consultant (IC) will (1) facilitate the talent management process through up-to-date job profiles that are future-ready and meet the requirements of the Secretariat entities, (2) ensure that job responsibilities are formulated in a way that takes into account that varying demographic groups may experience work differently and carry out work in different organizational contexts, and (3) make the recruitment process more inclusive and effective by identifying skills aligned with job responsibilities that support accurate and fair assessment of candidates. Work Location remote Expected duration 3 months Duties and Responsibilities The Office of Human Resources (OHR) in the Department of Management Strategy, Policy and Compliance (DMSPC) is conducting a comprehensive job analysis in the UN Secretariat. This is a prerequisite for innovating and adapting ways of attracting, recruiting and nurturing talent, including young and diverse talent.
