Result of Service To develop, facilitate, and report on a comprehensive learning program on Coaching for Improved Performance and Managing an Effective Multi-Generational Team which are designed to develop leaders’ coaching capabilities to unlock individual and team potential through supportive, goal-focused conversations and equip managers with tools to understand and harmonise diverse generational perspectives for improved team performance.
