About this role
Job Purpose The Site Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and technical oversight of (Health and Education) construction and rehabilitation activities, ensuring all works are implemented according to approved designs, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role includes conducting site assessments, preparing technical measurements and work plans, monitoring contractor performance, and verifying completed works. The Site Engineer ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements while maintaining accurate site records and progress reports. They coordinate closely with project teams, local authorities, contractors, and community representatives to address technical issues and facilitate smooth implementation. Additionally, the Site Engineer supports quality control, documentation, and handover processes to ensure the sustainability and functionality of (Health and Education) infrastructure.
