About this role
What we’re looking for: NRC Ethiopia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Project Manager to join our team in Jigjiga Area Office. In this role, you will lead the planning, design, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of education programmes across the Somali Region, ranging from emergency education responses to formal, non-formal, and transitional education initiatives, including Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). Working closely with Area Office leadership, the Country Office Education team, local authorities, consortium partners, and other key stakeholders, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, inclusive, and accountable education programmes that meet NRC standards, donor requirements, and the needs of crisis-affected communities. You will also play a pivotal role in resource mobilization, proposal development, budget management, staff coaching, and strengthening safe, child-friendly, and inclusive learning environments.
