Portfolio Manager, Private Resource Mobilization, External Relations and Communications Division - GL D - Defined Duration until December 2029 Within the External Relations and Communications Division, the Resource Mobilization Department has primary responsibility for the development and implementation of the Global Fund’s Replenishment strategy to support the mandate of the organization. The Department is responsible for the resource mobilization strategy and pledges and contributions process for public and private donors, replenishment forecasts and projections of contributions based on negotiated payment schedules. The resource mobilization strategy and departmental activities are led by the Head, Resource Mobilization Department. In order to be successful in raising funds and to ensure that funds can be effectively deployed RMD works closely with the technical and grant management teams in the Global Fund to develop products, topical themes and other potential funding opportunities.
