Staff, visitors, facilities, vehicles, and program activities face a range of safety and security risks, including natural hazards, road safety, civil unrest, and emergencies during program implementation. YPII requires dedicated technical capacity to keep its safety and security policies, procedures, training, and reporting up to date, and to ensure every office complies with organizational standards. This Terms of Reference sets out the scope of work for a Safety & Security Consultant who will carry out these functions under the supervision of the Supply Chain Manager and in an advisory role with the Operations Director and Executive Director.
