PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Reporting to the MEAL Coordinator, the Research, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will lead day-to-day implementation of results-based monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities for ICS SP programmes supported from Kakamega.
