The Role Job Title: Grants Manager Location: Bangui, Central African Republic Position Type: International or national position Contract Type and Duration: 12-month renewable fixed-term contract, subject to a probationary period. Reporting Line: Regional Director Supervision: The role has no line-management responsibilities but will work closely with Support Services and Programme teams. Salary and Leave: 3200-3600EUR before tax. 33 days of annual leave to include all public and religious holidays Roles and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the designated Regional Director and in close collaboration with the Country Managers, Regional Head of MEAL, and Programme Development Manager, the Grants Manager will be responsible for the following key areas: Grants Management and Compliance Maintain oversight of donor contracts and grant agreements throughout the grant lifecycle. Develop and maintain a grants and compliance tracker; communicate obligations, responsibilities and deadlines; coordinate follow-up with Programme, Finance, MEAL and partner teams; maintain complete records; and escalate significant risks, gaps or delays to the appropriate managers.
