About this role
Result of Service The objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive, Arabic-language, competency-based public policy training manual and accompanying materials that cover the entire public policy cycle, from problem identification and agenda setting through policy design, planning and decision-making, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The manual shall directly map learning objectives and training modules to the public-policy competencies and the four proficiency levels set out in the CSB’s RIME framework. The complete package shall be suitable for independent and sustainable delivery by ENA and shall be provided in editable formats to allow the institution to adapt, update and reuse its contents.
