About this role
Northern Lights Aid (NLA) is a small grassroots NGO in Kavala, Northern Greece, that focuses on improving the quality of life of people living in the nearby Perigiali Refugee Camp, as well as other vulnerable communities in the local area. We provide material support through a free store, and operate a Community Centre where we offer informal education and recreational activities. We are looking for a Distribution Coordinator to join us in Kavala on the 7th of January 2027 for a minimum of 4 months. The role of the Distribution Coordinator is to ensure the smooth execution of all distribution efforts, including the daily operations in our free store as well as the weekly distribution of baby items. The Distribution Coordinator acts as the central point of oversight for all distribution activities and is involved in stock management, documentation, and the guidance of volunteers. They are dedicated to creating a welcoming and dignified atmosphere for all ages, genders and backgrounds across all distribution operations.
