About the Position Under the direct supervision of the Digital and Information Technology Manager, the Digital and Information Technology Officer is responsible for responding to helpdesk tickets, installing and configuring hardware and software, and performing routine diagnostics, updates, and troubleshooting to maintain secure, reliable systems.
