Organization : Humanitarian Initiative Just Relief Aid (HIJRA) Duty Station: Mogadishu, Somalia Contract length: 6 months (with possibility of extension) Job Type: Full-time Reporting lines: Post holder reports to Program Director The Programme Manager oversees the implementation of the AARAN and KOBAC projects in Afgooye and Wanlaweyn districts, Lower Shabelle. Working closely with the Concern Worldwide team, the Programme Manager coordinates field officers and the technical team (Engineer, Agronomist, Livelihoods Officer, and MEAL Officer) to deliver project activities. These team members will engage and coordinate directly, with CRCs, DAC Fora and Government Ministries, departments and Municipalities, relevant technical working groups(TWGs) and Work Stream leads to ensure that all activities(inclusive leadership, ecosystem restoration and climate adaptation, food and nutrition security, financial inclusion, and market linkages, institutional support to municipalities, and establishment and support to SHGs are completed efficiently, effectively and within budget.
