About this role
Result of Service Vehicles assigned to UNSOH are inspected, serviced and repaired safely and in a timely manner; maintenance and repair records are accurate and up to date; diagnosed faults and outstanding defects are clearly reported; and quality-control checks support the safe return of vehicles to operational service. The work contributes to fleet availability, operational readiness and continuity of transport services. Work Location In-person Expected duration 6 months Duties and Responsibilities • Service and repair vehicles in accordance with vehicle manufacturer standards, maintenance schedules and established workshop procedures. • Carry out vehicle inspections, including seasonal and preventive maintenance inspections, and identify defects requiring corrective action. • Assist in identifying, diagnosing and rectifying mechanical, electrical and electronic faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment. • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicle electrical, air-conditioning, suspension, braking, air and hydraulic systems, as applicable to assigned vehicles. • Ensure that relevant safety procedures are followed when repairing vehicles and fitting replacement…
