CARE International in Papua New Guinea is seeking a Business Development Director to lead and strengthen our business development and resource mobilisation function. CARE is an international development and humanitarian organisation working to fight poverty and support lasting change, with a strong focus on women and girls. In Papua New Guinea, CARE works across areas including gender equality, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaption, agriculture and health. About the Role The Business Development Director will provide strategic and operational leadership to grow CARE PNG’s funding portfolio, strengthen donor and partner engagement, and improve systems for identifying, shaping and securing high-quality funding opportunities. The role will also support the transfer of business development skills and knowledge to national staff. This is an opportunity to contribute to lasting change in Papua New Guinea through a locally recruited role based in Port Moresby.
