About this role
The position is to be filled as soon as possible to cover a period of sick leave. It is initially limited to one year, with the possibility of extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. As Team Lead Procurement HQ & Internal Services, you will ensure that the processes and tasks of both the Internal Service & Procurement HQ teams run smoothly by taking on team coordination, managing information and communication across the board. You will at as local project lead for buidling management related assessments and during the further digitalization of tools and processes in the HQ procurement domain. Your responsibilities Manage and develop the Procurement Officers and Internal Services team, covering facility management, reception, property administration and student assistants. Provide technical coordination and guidance to the Procurement Officers, including overseeing the development and review of procurement guidelines, policies, templates and process visualizations, and ensuring that relevant information is readily available.
