Job Title: Psychologist Job location: Syria – Idleb Reports to: Admin Officer JOB SUMMARY The psychologist is responsible for providing psychological, educational, and rehabilitative support for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families, and to develop comprehensive and individualized intervention plans based on scientific assessment, implemented in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The psychologist has the following responsibilities and duties: · Conduct comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments using standardized and approved tools and reports. · Participate in the diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders in collaboration with the specialized team. · Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), follow up on their implementation, and modify them as needed. · Deliver individual and group therapy sessions based on scientific strategies (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy…). · Provide psychological counseling and support to the parents of children, encouraging their active participation in the therapeutic plan. · Document all therapy sessions and evaluation…
