About this role
Working environment: The French Red Cross (FRC) has been present in Palestine since November 2022, based in Ramallah and working in close partnership with the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS). Initially established to implement a five-year AFD-funded project supporting the institutional and pedagogical development of Ibn Sina College of Health Professions in Nablus, the Delegation has progressively expanded its portfolio to support PRCS across key health and humanitarian priorities. The Delegation currently combines longer-term institutional and capacity-strengthening programmes with support to PRCS's response to the evolving humanitarian context, particularly in emergency medical services, first aid, rehabilitation and disability inclusion, and health education. This includes support to PRCS through CDCS-funded EMS/First Aid programmes, rehabilitation activities, and the continued implementation of the AFD-funded Ibn Sina College project.
