About this role
Result of Service • A portfolio-wide design framework for PCCP MENA funding proposals and concept notes, determining implementation priorities and their technical translation into results-based design and performance indicators. • One gender-responsive assessment for PCCP activities in Lebanon, including methodology design and integration of findings into programme planning and gender mainstreaming measures. • Donor reporting outputs for the PCCP MENA portfolio, with content and framing determined by the consultant in line with donor priorities and results-based reporting requirements. • Provide operational, drafting, and advisory support for the implementation of PCCP activities addressing illicit trafficking and supply chain security in Lebanon and other MENA countries, including advisory input on activity sequencing, risk and contextual considerations, and alignment with donor and technical requirements, in coordination with the relevant Project Officer(s) and national counterparts.
