Result of Service DELIVERABLE 1: Report containing the partial version of the last five municipal prevention plans. Each partial plan shall include the overall objective, specific objectives, expected results, and the consolidated record of the problem tree and objectives tree. DELIVERABLE 2: Report containing the final five completed municipal prevention plans, developed in a participatory manner. Each plan shall present the overall and specific objectives, those responsible for implementation, targets, estimated financial investments, and monitoring indicators. Work Location Home-based with travel Expected duration 19.11-31.12.2026 Duties and Responsibilities Under the supervision of the UNODC Pernambuco Project Coordinator in Brazil, the consultant will provided technical support and contribute to the following activities: • Establish contact with the focal points of the ten previously selected municipalities, namely: Ipojuca, Palmares, Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Vitória de Santo Antão, Belo Jardim, São Bento do Una, Lajedo, Garanhuns and Limoeiro. • Support actions aimed at mobilizing municipalities to participate in an in-person meeting with the UNODC…
